A Ticket for Your Future is a talent program for young Turkish graduates from the world’s top universities, providing them with enriching career opportunities.

Designed to attract and retain talent in Türkiye, the program hosts graduates at one of Beko’s locations, offering them the opportunity to immerse themselves in Beko's working culture, contribute ideas and help develop new projects. As well as gaining valuable insight and skills, participants are encouraged to present their ideas to company senior leadership.
