Our short-term summer internship program that we offer young and bright talents studying in the 3rd and 4th grades of universities the opportunity to experience working life at Beko.

Our interns, who are included in Beko within the scope of the Fresh Start Program, are responsible for a project with a mentor during their internship process. We receive more than 15,000 applications every year to our program which we support with central trainings and projects that will improve their competencies in various fields. When they complete their internship, we offer the working opportunity at Beko depending on their performance status.
